Noshing Trail Mix

1/4 cup almonds
1/4 cup walnuts 
1/4 cup sunflower seeds 
1 tablespoon Hemp seeds 
1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes 
1/4 cup dried cranberries 
Pinch of cinnamon 
Pinch of ginger 

A quick and healthy snack. Great energy booster!
