Good Morning Smoothie
2 cups kale
1 1/2 cups of water
1 tablespoon spirulina
1 tablespoon sunflower seed butter
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
1/2 frozen banana
1 small apple
1/4 knob of ginger
4 frozen pineapple chunks
Blend and enjoy!
